REBUILDING COMMUNITIES, TOGETHER
At Asian American Resource Center, we believe that our efforts can make a huge difference. We work on many exciting initiatives to improve the lives of local residents in Metro-Atlanta, whether it is teaching ESL classes or helping the homeless find a home. We have been providing services to the community for over 20 years thanks to all the support from volunteers, donors, and community partners. A small act of kindness can change the course of a person's life: volunteer or donate today to help those who truly need it.
Our mission is to empower and strengthen all communities by providing culturally competent support services that enhance self-sufficiency and quality of life.
Who We Are
Here at Asian American Resource Center, we know that sometimes all it takes to impact lives is a little support. We're here to lend a hand, offer assistance, and be a voice of reason for those who need it. Since the beginning of our non-profit organization in 1997, we’ve worked hard to take care of the neediest members of our community. Join us and get into the habit of giving, because it truly does make the world a better place.
What We Do
Today at the AARC, we work towards a better tomorrow in our community and the world around us. Our primary programs are our EL/Civics Class and our Rapid Re-Housing Programs. These programs give the struggling the help they need, creating a better society around us. We also engage in countless other forms of help every year, like a toy drive, or blanket donation, or just giving out a helping hand. To learn more in detail about our main programs, visit our programs page, or contact us.
Transforming the Community: One Family At a Time
We strive every day to improve the lives of every family in need. One of our sponsors, Jackson EMC, spoke with one of the single mothers in our Rapid Re-Housing program. Click below to read about Jukeya and how we transformed her life.
We wouldn’t be able to run the Asian American Resource Center without generous contributions from donors. Your support has the power to immediately make a difference in someone’s life. All of your support goes towards making a difference, so every penny counts.
